I too struggle to celebrate Mother's Day. It is a time of grieving for me. I am estranged from my mom, and I desired for years to overcome the grief and loss of our relationship.
God and Grief Recovery tools have helped me understand my grief is normal and natural. It is ok to say "Mother's Day" is hard for me. In this episode, I will give tools to help you start your journey of healing from a complicated relationship with you mom.
