As a Bible Teacher and Grief Recovery Specialist; you will obtain tools to heal your broken heart from loss and grief and learn to start living past the pain again. As a wife of almost 26 years, a stay-at-home mom who also ran a successful business I was always seeking that Christian community to connect with. My childhood was full of trauma and loss, which left me full of fear, anxiety, and depression, had me feeling helpless, not experiencing absolute freedom in my adult life. I looked to the church for help but seemed to come up empty. After many years of struggling, learning God’s Word for myself and uncovering the pain from my childhood made me finally free to be who God created me to be. Have you ever wondered if my salvation is a gift? Do I need to be baptized to be saved? What if I don’t circumcise my baby? Do I have to speak in tongues to be saved?
For years I thought salvation was a gift, but somehow, I had to do all these things to find favor with God. Joy seemed to allude to me in my walk because I didn’t understand that Christ paid it all at the cross for me. Nothing I do can earn the gift offered to me.
In this episode, Paul addresses people who add works to salvation. He has some harsh words to say about them.
